Privacy notice

What we store

Name, relation, date of birth or age, gender, mobile number, blood group, occupation, address and area of members and their families.

Members see only their own family. Managers can view all records but cannot change them. Administrators can view and manage all records.

Access is limited by role. Every change is recorded in an activity log. Sessions end automatically after inactivity.

Ask the community team to correct or remove your details. Deleted records can be restored by an administrator only.
